šŸ†āœØ DMV Foodie | How’s My Eggplant Tower? āœØšŸ“

This Mediterranean restaurant feels like it’s playing a stacking game—eggplant towers, super thick chocolate cakes… but let’s be real, their lamb chops are the real star! šŸ˜‚ Restaurant: šŸ  Balos Estiatorio Dishes: šŸ† Balos Chips (Eggplant & Zucchini Tower): Thinly sliced and fried to a crisp, like chips! Served with a tasty yogurt-cucumber sauce (though it can get a bit heavy after a while). šŸ„— Greek Salad: Huge chunks of feta cheese and veggies—generous portions with great seasoning. šŸ– Lamb Chops: No gamey taste, just tender and juicy! Comes with super fragrant fries. šŸ¦ž Lobster Pasta: Perfectly plated! The bucatini pasta is hollow and soaked in flavor. 🐟 Grilled Fish: Solid but nothing extraordinary. šŸ« Chocolate Cake: Almost as long as my forearm! šŸ˜‚ Four of us couldn’t even finish half. (The frozen yogurt is delicious—ask for it separately!) Portions & Pricing: The portions are huge, but the restaurant week menu isn’t a great deal. Everyone has to order from it, and the better main dishes cost extra. Plus, the desserts are massive—only a big eater could finish a full set. We ended up spending less by ordering Ć  la carte! #DMVFoodie #DMVEats #DMVRestaurants #WashingtonDC #DCFood #DCRestaurantWeek
