Early birds get the sweets! 🐦⏰ Arrive before opening to line up and snag the 🥭 and 🍓 pastries! (When I left at 7:12 AM on Monday, there were still two 🥭 left!) Mornings around 7 AM are the least crowded, and the pastry selection is smaller than in the afternoon. The white chocolate shell with spray coating is a tad too sweet—better without it. 🥭⚖️ 🍓 Strawberry: Strawberry jam filling, with lightly sweetened cream (barely tasted the bourbon vanilla or mascarpone). Felt a bit heavy after a while. A thin basil sponge base was a nice touch—wish it were thicker for more flavor! Looks less realistic compared to the mango and raspberry versions. 🍓📉 🍒 Raspberry: Raspberry jam filling—cream is lightly flavored with a hint of lime. Tastier than the strawberry one! The jam is quite sour—avoid if you don’t like tangy flavors. 🍒😖 ☕ Cafe Au Lait: Tastes like a cappuccino—a mousse-style tiramisu with rich layers. But it’s way too sweet—even sweeter than the chocolate one! 🍫💥 Final Verdict from Big Penguin 🐧: Favorite is Yuzu & Limoncello—yuzu lovers must try this one! 🍋💛 Next favorites: 🥭 and raspberry (both have sour-ish fillings!). Tried the Iced Latte and Cloudberry Matcha—both pretty good! 🍵❄️ Layered is worth a visit (if the line isn’t crazy long!). If you live nearby, try going on a weekday right at opening! 🗓️🚪 Just noticed from pics that the 🍋 tart has a hojicha biscuit base—suddenly intrigued!
