DMV New Restaurant š“ Beautiful & Delicious Korean BBQ š„©
Itās been a while since Iāve written a food review, but Seoul Prime totally blew me away! šš„ We started with appetizersāthe steak tartare and steak risotto were both amazing and highly recommended! For the main event: we ordered the BBQ set, which came with six different meat options š„š. With six people, we ended up devouring three or four rounds of meatāit was that good! The set also includes a choice of ginger soup or steamed egg, and the meat quality was super fresh š„š². You donāt need heavy sauces hereājust a sprinkle of salt lets the natural flavors shine! š§š« The service was exceptional! The staff grilled everything for us, checked multiple times how we wanted each meat cooked, and even cut everything into bite-sized pieces before serving. They went above and beyondāway more attentive than many places! šš„ Cocktails š¹, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were delicious and refreshing. Also, donāt miss the Uni Seaweed Rice ššāthe seaweed is the authentic Korean kind, and the uni was fresh and not fishy at all. The rice had the perfect chewiness. We ordered so many dishes, and not a single one disappointed. I canāt recommend this place enough! šš š Seoul Prime, Falls Church Theyāre in soft opening now, so itās not too crowded. Not sure if the quality will stay the same after the official launch, but my experience was fantastic! I left a 20% tipācame out to about $72 per person. Not the cheapest, but totally worth it! Will definitely be back! š„³š° #DMVFood #DMVDrinks #DMVExploring #KoreanBBQ #WashingtonDCFood #VAEats #DMVEats #FoodDiary #PrettyFood #SeoulPrime #SoftOpening #GoodEats #BBQLovers #UniRice #CocktailVibes #ServiceMatters
