Rumor has it this is Jônt Chef Ryan’s favorite steakhouse—and I finally got to try it! Let’s talk steak first: I ordered the 18oz Prime T-Bone, medium rare. The presentation reminded me of Peter Luger in New York. It leaned a bit more toward rare, but it was incredibly tender. Seasoned perfectly with salt and pepper, not too heavy on the butter—really delicious.
