E-40, LaRussell, And Baby Bash To Headline This Underrated Waterfront Music Festival In Their Hometown Of Vallejo

The **Mare Island Dock of Bay Festival** is back this year for its fifth annual event in Vallejo, and this year it’s lined up a trio of legendary Bay Area musicians. **E-40, LaRussell, and Baby Bash** headline this year’s daytime event on **Saturday, September 10th, 2025**, and now’s the time to grab tickets. Fans can enjoy a fantastic afternoon of performances from **1 to 6 pm,** including Vallejo R&B and funk band **Con Funk Shun**, and upcoming local artists **August Lee Stevens, Malachi, and Tyler Lauren**.
