🥞 The Screaming Parrots 📍 Redmond (Eastside) 🕐 Hours: Weekends: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM — Went in for soufflé pancakes but ended up completely wowed by their crepes! Especially the Dubai Chocolate Crepe—OMG, loaded with crispy bits and fresh strawberries 🍓 inside! I thought the strawberries were just for garnish (like in the pics lol), but nope—they’re stuffed inside too! If you love Lady M’s Dubai mille crêpe, you’ll definitely fall for this one 💖 — 🌟 Soufflé Pancakes: Really fluffy, just like the ones you find back in Asia! 🥞 But there’s a noticeable eggy taste. I got the Tiramisu flavor—after the super sweet Dubai crepe, it tasted kinda plain at first. But after trying a savory crepe and coming back to it, the sweetness felt just right! So definitely order both sweet + savory to balance things out 😉 🌟 Savory Crepes: A bit underwhelming… They’re open-style crepes, and the wrap was kinda tough. Good if you want some protein, but not as memorable as the sweet ones. — ⚠️ Heads-up: The wait time is… loooong 😅 Felt like 40+ minutes. Might be understaffed since they just opened? Go when you’re not in a rush, or call ahead to order! — This place seems to be under new ownership—the previous spot also served crepes. Right now it’s more fast-casual (paper boxes + plastic utensils). Wonder if they’ll upgrade to full dine-in later? 🤔 — The shop’s name probably comes from the owner’s pet parrot 🦜 My husband and I were so curious—why not bring the parrot to work?! Has anyone been?
