HAVANA OH LALA ⭐ A sampler platter set! So many varieties, delicate, and delicious! HUEVOS A LA CUBANA CALDERO ⭐ The poached eggs are cooked to perfection, the tomato base is a bit sour on its own, very appetizing, and mixed with the egg, it’s fantastic! CREAMY ARROZ CON POLLO ⭐ Roasted chicken turmeric fried rice, the rice grains are distinct, the chicken is tender, my favorite of the day! GUAVA BBQ RIBS ⭐ Sweet and tender ribs (just right for 6 people, 6 ribs, paired with fried cassava, my second favorite! ROPA VIEJA ⭐ Beef and avocado rice, served with fried plantains! TWICE-FRIED TOSTONES ⭐ Fried plantains, first time trying, very impressive, nice and crispy~ TUNA TOSTADA ⭐ A refreshing baguette sandwich! The only thing I’m not used to is the olives (since it’s not easy to share, I got to enjoy it all, ate it in the car) This morning, I somehow joined a half marathon, and after running, I walked with friends to the Wharf area for lunch. Chose this slightly trendy restaurant (so Instagrammable, very nice! The surprising part is that besides looking good, the taste is really great~ Besides the above dishes, we ordered three drinks in total, a regular cortado (I was so tired, I needed coffee), a mojito Cold brew, this one was particularly amazing! Highly recommended! And a blue MARIPOSA BLUE MATCHA, too bad it didn’t have latte art~ A bit sweet but delicious! I quite like this place, and this time I pretty much ordered the whole menu~ Satisfied! By the way, the scenery around the Wharf is really beautiful, the overall feeling is very comfortable~ Love it! Last but not least, the cherry blossoms in Washington are already stunning! Hurry up, this week or next week will be about the same, so for those who want to see the blossoms, you can start planning! #WashingtonFoodExploration #Foodie#Food
