I went to the one in Plano. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with an exotic atmosphere. The menu was a bit confusing, so I just ordered the set that had been recommended by a netizen. Remember to order the half portion; it’s more than enough for two people. I took it to go and ended up with two huge bags. The aroma filled the car the whole way home, and I couldn’t wait to dig in once I got there! 🍣Grilled Beef Heart A huge skewer, very chewy, with no off-flavors at all. It was fragrant and crispy, with a charcoal-grilled flavor that reminded me of street-side barbecues back home. 🌽Roast Chicken The roast chicken itself was excellent, but it wasn’t as impressive as the tripe. It was juicy and well-seasoned.
