Zuma 🐊 We finally made it to Zuma—and it did not disappoint! ✨ Perfect for a special occasion, though definitely on the pricier side 💸. The ambiance is chic and modern, located inside a luxury hotel. Here’s what we tried: 🍣 Grilled Scallops – Rich and buttery with a hint of mentaiko. So flavorful! 🐟 Saikyo Yaki Black Cod – As amazing as everyone says. Sweet miso glaze, tender and flaky. A must-order! 🥩 Wagyu Beef – A bit overcooked for our taste, but the seasoning was still on point. 🔥 Sake no Aburi (Special) – Lightly torched salmon with perfect fat distribution—even my boyfriend (who usually doesn’t like raw fish) enjoyed it. Highly recommend! 🦀 California Maki – Looks simple, but the real snow crab and fresh roe stood out. Lightly seasoned to highlight the ingredients. So good!
