Ebesu in Dallas ❤️ Happy Hour with 20% Off
Visited the super famous Japanese restaurant/sake bar Ebesu in Dallas, which is considered the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine here. From Monday to Thursday, between 5:00 PM and 6:25 PM, it’s Happy Hour. As long as you place your order before 6:25, you can enjoy the discounted prices. So after work, hurry over there! 🥹 The Happy Hour menu is very considerate. Most of the restaurant’s popular dishes are included. It’s not just a way to offload less popular items. Instead, it genuinely encourages people to try the more famous dishes. The set meal is just about manageable for one person, but it’s perfect for two to share, along with some other small dishes to sample. Signature Set ❤️ ✅ The appetizer was baby pork ribs, which tasted really good. ✅ The sashimi trio included tuna, salmon, and yellowtail, with two pieces of each. The meat was of high quality and very fresh. ✅ The Robata assortment had a piece of grilled fish, two chicken skewers, grilled corn, and grilled asparagus. The grilled fish was incredibly delicious, the chicken was surprisingly tender, and even the grilled vegetables were tasty. ✅ The A5 Wagyu stone grill had four small slices of Wagyu beef. They were placed on a hot stone to cook. A small piece of beef fat was provided to coat the stone first, and then the beef slices were placed on top. It only took 2 to 5 seconds. The aroma was amazing, and it was both fun and delicious. I ate three out of the four slices and didn’t find them greasy at all—they were super fragrant. I highly recommend enjoying them with the accompanying daikon radish and yuzu dipping sauce. It’s the perfect match. #RestaurantRecommendation #JapaneseCuisine #DallasExploration
