Eldo|A Chic Spot for Upscale Comfort Food 🥩✨
Sharing a unique spot that combines a bar, dinner service, and even a small casino next door—open until 1:30 AM for a fine dining experience that’s very… white-people-friendly 😂. The servers were super warm and welcoming, and the interior decor was cozy and stylish 😌. Perfect for a date night or celebrating a special occasion with a touch of elegance! Their appetizer menu really caught my eye—next time I might just order all starters 🤤. We blindly picked two drinks—one cocktail and one mocktail—and both were delicious! 🍹 🍖 Lamb Chops ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We tried the lamb chops as an appetizer. The portion was small (only two pieces), but the Greek yogurt dip and cherry tomato sauce made it really refreshing! A tad salty, but overall tasty. 🥩 Entrées – Maybe my expectations were too high: Ribeye Steak ⭐️⭐️ I was most excited for this, but the outside was slightly overcooked with a bitter char. The inside was cooked okay, but I wasn’t a fan of the seasoning. 🥗 Salmon Salad ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pan-seared salmon with skin had a nice aromatic crisp. Tossed with black vinegar and blackberry dressing—tangy and sweet, not heavy at all. Not mind-blowing, but solid. 🍫 Chocolate Cake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rich, smooth chocolate cake with a peanut-chocolate fusion at the base—so good! Would’ve loved it even more without the white chocolate on top (team not-too-sweet desserts here 🍰). 📍 Eldo 3909 Park Dr, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 💬 What’s your go-to late-night fine dining spot?
