Avoid Costco’s thicker cuts (can turn gamey). 🥓 Pork: Whole pork belly from Tian An Market on State St—sliced at home. Pre-sliced thin belly available at Global Market. Costco’s is too thick! 🍗 Chicken: Chicken Tenderloin (more tender than breast!). Marinate with black pepper + teriyaki sauce + soy sauce for hours. 🦐 Shrimp: Super Colossal Shrimp from Walmart. Costco’s head-on shrimp works too! 🦑 Squid: Calamari Rings from Walmart—thaw and grill! 🍡 Fish Balls: Bought at Global Market (sold out after this feast!).
