When I don’t feel like trekking west, I often hunt for little surprises in Fullerton. This time, found Enraku — both the atmosphere and food show real care. The uni toast appetizer was stunning! Thick layer of uni on crispy toast, topped with caviar — silky, creamy, then crunchy — layers upon layers.😊 If you like creamy pasta, try the uni pasta — rich dairy + uni = delicious, but can get heavy after a while. Also loved the salmon nigiri that comes with a smoke effect — thick-cut salmon with a smoky finish, plus the smoke makes for great photos 🎇 The sushi platter wasn’t lazy either — each piece topped with uni or ikura,😘😁 every bite holds a little surprise. They have buy-one-get-one-half-off on hand rolls — can’t go wrong with any choice. Lots of options even if you’re not into sushi.😂👍 The space is spacious with booth seating (great for dates) and a counter for solo dining.
