A concert at the foot of the Acropolis 🎷 Brass Finale at Atticus. ✨Six years ago, during my first semester of studying architecture, I memorized until I was exhausted for the ancient buildings exam, sketching the Acropolis plan and simply adding a semicircle before dozing off at my desk in the early hours of the morning. ✨Six years later, after my last design class today, I sit in this semicircle waiting for the sunset and the rise of the moon: waiting for the brass music to sound in the ancient acoustic space of the Odeon of Herodes Atticus after dark, accompanied by the fresh chirping of cicadas in midsummer, to conclude the last night of my last stop in a year of wandering through Europe. ✨A grand sound in my life is about to dissipate, a series of questions remain unanswered, and the temple is already behind me.
