Even the scorching sun can’t dim the vibrant charm of New Orleans

First, the Key Point: It’s way too hot in New Orleans right now!🌳 🍱🍱But the indoor spaces are so cold they make you shiver… Every day is a cycle of being scorched and frozen… First, My Ranking of Tourist Activities: My Top 3 are the Swamp Tour, jazz at Preservation Hall, and Laura‘s Plantation—they let you experience nature, art, and human history respectively.🥗 Next up: The National World War II Museum is pretty interesting (plan to spend at least 3 hours here). 🧁 Ranking a bit lower are wandering the French Quarter and the steamboat ride—the extreme heat really ruined the experience of outdoor activities…🍾🍾 The aquarium has an amazing garden with hundreds of butterflies fluttering around, and the underwater tunnel is great for . But it’s a bit overpriced, so it’s not quite worth it.🥙 🥒🥒Lastly, if you love drinking, don’t miss the free Cocktail Museum—you even get 3 free signature cocktail samples! If you have extra time, take a leisurely ride on the city’s century-old streetcars (the "trolleys") to explore! Next, My Ranking of Food Spots:🥩 For modern, upscale dining, GW Fins is a must. It requires reservations and has a dress code, but the food is truly delicious.🎁 Highly recommend the Tuna Tartare, Pork Chop, and the scallop pasta is also excellent.🍩 🌧️🌧️For affordable, hearty portions, Big EZ Seafood is unbeatable. We went to the location near the airport—their seafood boil is incredible, and the prices are super reasonable!☕☕ As for other eats: Most places serve fried seafood with similar flavors, and every restaurant’s oysters are fresh. If you love oysters, you can just go to any spot without overthinking it! We also tried alligator meat—it’s just for the novelty. 😊😊 🍐🎼Finally, a shoutout: Louisiana is (truly lives up to) its reputation as the birthplace of fried chicken—even random fried chicken joints on the street are amazing! I’ll definitely come back another time when the weather’s better🌴 #Louisiana #FrenchQuarter #IrisFlower #WanderingWithACarefreeMood #ExperiencingTheBeautyOfTheWorld #NewOrleans #JazzMusic #food #HotSummerSun #MississippiRiver
