The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. ā They offered multiple dining optionsāI only tried the restaurant by the pool, and I loved the shrimp dish. The server was excellent, patient, and provided great suggestions for food and activities. Thank you! šThe location is perfect, with shuttle services to Old San Juan and the beach! The staff were extremely helpful. š The infinity pool on the 4th floor, the fantastic breakfast restaurant, and additional activities within walking distance made it feel like a true resort-style Sheraton. š· They also offered an executive lounge, and the property stood out by not having rental apartments mixed in. šA refined property,Great for business,The water is beautiful,And thoughtfully designed for visitors.
