Exploring New York's Culinary Scene 🌆
Mitr Thai 🌴 This Thai restaurant is really popular! The menu is divided into three regions of Thailand—north, central, and south—each with its own unique dishes. We ordered Tom Yum soup 🍲, fried shrimp , fried squid , and braised beef short ribs, and everything was delicious! I'm not sure how this place ranks in New York, but it's definitely way better than the underwhelming Thai food in Houston. The staff was super friendly and their recommendations were spot on! 😋 Kame 🍜 A ramen shop in Chelsea that stays open later than most nearby places. The tonkatsu ramen was pretty standard, but the slices of pork belly were huge! 🍖 The green tea dessert was also a nice touch. 👍 Via Carota 🍝 This place is super trendy and the wait is intense. My friend got in line at 5 PM and it took about two to three hours to get a table! But there are lots of cute restaurants and bars nearby, so you won't be bored while waiting. The pasta here is amazing—Pappardelle is definitely in my top three. The fried rabbit was tender and juicy, and the tiramisu was fantastic! They also have a variety of negronis to try. 🥃 #NewYorkFoodie #CulinaryAdventures
