Last weekend, I heard about a new spot called Croffle Crew that just opened on Saturday in Happy Valley, Oregon 🍽️. I decided to wait until Monday to visit, thinking the crowd might be smaller — and it turned out to be a great idea! The place is really spacious, and walking in feels super comfortable and airy 🏙️, making it easy to relax and enjoy the food. 🚗 Parking is also convenient since it's located outside the mall. You can wander inside the mall afterward, but it’s not particularly exciting, so I’d recommend heading straight to this shop. As soon as we entered, the staff were super friendly — and can I just say, everyone was so beautiful 😍! That definitely added a nice touch to the experience. We only waited about 15 minutes to get seated, and our food and drinks were prepared quickly. Very efficient! However, the drinks were just okay — we tried the matcha and coffee 🍵☕, which weren’t outstanding but still acceptable. The real star was the croffle (a croissant-waffle hybrid), available in both sweet and savory options. We sampled the salmon one — it was pretty good, though a bit on the expensive side 💸. But with one croffle and a coffee, you'll definitely feel full, so it's decent value for money. Overall, the per-person cost ranges from $5 to $15, making it a nice occasional treat 👍.
