Exploring the Delicacies in London🍴 Besides Borough Market and Camden
Hey folks, the food map of London isn't just limited to Borough Market and Camden Market! 👀🍽️ As a foodie, I've wandered through the streets and alleys of London. Today, I'm here to recommend some lesser-known but definitely worth-trying foodie paradises to you all! 🌟 1️⃣ Flat Iron @ Multiple Locations Don't be misled by the menu. Just order their signature Flat Iron steak! 🥩 I've tried other items, and they were really not that great... But! The free ice cream after the meal 🍦, which I dare say might be caramel-flavored, is amazingly delicious! 2️⃣ Bancone @ Covent Garden / Golden Square The pasta 🍝 here is truly amazing, especially the Cacio e Pepe. I still can't get it out of my mind. The Alla Chitarra is also quite good, tasting like garlic and olive oil. 3️⃣ Shoryu Ramen @ Multiple Locations The ramen is okay, but nothing really special. 4️⃣ BAO @ Chinatown The steamed buns with Taiwanese flavor are worth a try. 5️⃣ POTPOT Malatang @ Chinatown This mala tang is super delicious, but it's really spicy 🌶️. Even the mild version made my nose run. 6️⃣ Trafalgar Tavern @ The Parade, Park The food is great, especially the fish and chips 🍟, and the view of the River Thames is just stunning. 7️⃣ Bleecker Burger The blue cheese burger 🍔 is quite special, and the milkshake is good too, but the fries are a bit strange. I'd suggest skipping them. I don't think the other burgers are anything special either. 8️⃣ Mouse Tail Coffee A great place for breakfast, with fresh pastries and good coffee ☕ every day. 9️⃣ JOLENE @ Multiple Locations The branch in Newington Green only offers small snacks like pastries and sandwiches. The coronation chicken sandwich is so delicious it could make you cry, and the coffee is okay too. 🔟 Roasting Plant Coffee @ Borough High Street It's really not easy to find good coffee in the UK/Europe. The mocha here is just so-so... But this place was a pleasant surprise. They roast coffee beans on the spot, and you can even see the beans falling into the container. The decor is also quite unique. 📍 Padella/Flour & Grape Other pasta options. 📍 Seven Sisters Market There are many shops in that area. If you like cheese, give Pick and Cheese a try! #London #FoodExploration #FoodRecommendation #CoffeeTime #TravelTips #FoodDiary
