Atlanta’s hot pot scene just got a major upgrade this year! Tried Xi Hotpot over the weekend, and I’m thrilled to finally enjoy ingredients that are hard to make at home — like gongcai (dried mustard stem), goose intestine, and duck blood — with an authentic Sichuan spicy broth.
