After a long search, I’ve finally tasted delicious roast duck right here in Atlanta—and it did not disappoint! 😋 (Though my pancake-rolling skills clearly need work 🫢) We visited Dai Rong Hua, a cozy Chinese restaurant in Duluth, and left with happy hearts—and full stomachs! 🦆 Roast Duck Tender, flavorful, with perfectly crispy skin. Served with soft steamed buns and hoisin sauce—it felt like a celebration! 🥣 Duck Soup Rich, comforting, and deeply savory. A soul-warming bonus from the same duck! 🥬 Stir-Fried Cabbage Unexpectedly amazing—wok-kissed, fresh, and full of flavor. A simple dish done perfectly. The owner, originally from Fuzhou, was incredibly warm. When he found out we were students, he took the time to chat and share stories—making the meal even more special ❤️.
