Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse in Rhode Island

💛The day after finals, I treated myself and my friends to this steakhouse — and I think it’s the best steak I’ve had in Providence! They served warm complimentary bread with two different flavored spreads — really tasty. 💛The Crispy Maitake Mushroom was batter-fried and had a unique texture almost like Taiwanese popcorn chicken, with a rich, earthy mushroom flavor. So delicious 😋 🥯We ordered the Prime Dry-Aged Ribeye (medium-rare). The moment it arrived, you could smell the rich aroma of the ribeye’s marbling. The dry-aging really stood out — absolutely worth the price! 🥯The Roasted Sweet Potatoes side dish totally surprised my taste buds — the texture and flavor reminded me of the “seasoned eggplant” I once had in Qingdao. The sweet potatoes were crispy outside with a sweet-and-savory “Yuxiang”-style glaze. 🧁Their Seared Pork Belly was also fantastic — highly recommended for pork lovers!
