Florence! Must-eat!!!

This trip, I visited quite a few places, and eating well became a top priority while traveling!😀😀😀 The best food in Europe was definitely in Florence. The T-bone steak, lobster pasta, and Gelato are must-tries. Here are my recommendations: **Steak Restaurants:** - **Ristorante dei Rossi** - Address: Via Stracciatella, 9/r, 50125 Firenze, Italy❤️❤️❤️ - Phone: +39 055 213048 - **Trattoria Bordino** - Address: Via Stracciatella, 9/r, 50125 Firenze, Italy🍜🍜🍜 - Phone: +39 055 213048 These two restaurants are very close to each other and near the Ponte Vecchio. My family prefers the steak at Rossi, which is indeed rich in flavor and pairs well with their good red wine. Personally, I love Trattoria Bordino. Every time I visit Florence, I make sure to eat here. The meat is as tender and delicious as jelly, the lobster pasta is amazing, and the desserts are truly impressive! This time, I noticed that the pandemic has had a significant impact, and the restaurant space has been reduced by more than half. But it's great that they are still in business! **Ice Cream Shop:** - **Gelateria La Carraia** - Location: At the head of Ponte alla Carraia bridge. - A friend who has lived in Florence for many years highly recommended this place. It offers dozens of flavors, all of which are delicious. It's a local spot where people go to get their ice cream to-go. I personally love the chocolate mint flavor!❤️❤️❤️ There is another ice cream shop on the same side of the bridge, which is also very good. The restaurant at the opposite end of the bridge was unexpectedly great. Their seafood risotto was incredibly delicious, and their mushroom pasta was also very flavorful!😀😀😀 I also made a quick trip to Venice. I randomly sat down in a square and ordered a pizza, which was surprisingly delicious. The waiter there was a thin, handsome guy who complained a bit when I asked for water, saying, "Why drink water in Italy? Drink wine!" Hahaha.😻😻😻 In Paris, there wasn't much particularly outstanding food. The best meals were made by friends. However, the pho in the 13th arrondissement and the Japanese udon near the Opera were still great for satisfying a Chinese palate. For pho, I like Bambou. The owner is getting older but still likes to chat a lot. The quality of the Japanese noodles near the Opera has declined, and I'm not sure if it's due to the pandemic. Hand-drip coffee in Paris is very, very rare. I visited Kawa, which roasts its own beans. The bean quality was good, but the brewing technique was average. If you prefer medium to light roasts, you can get by, but for someone like me who loves dark roasts, it's not a lifesaver. Surprisingly, the beef burger I had during a layover in Turkey was delicious, with juicy and flavorful meat. However, the price of over 700 RMB at checkout was quite a shock! The last picture is of the pasta made by my family, which was really delicious! PS: You can look forward to the Southeast Asian food post, which is currently in progress. We're eating so much that we're falling over every day! #LocalFoodRecommendations #FlorenceFood #DocumentingTheMoment #ParisHandDripCoffee
