Florida|Gainesville J-Petal & Poke — Crepes 🥞✨
Finally tried the Korean BBQ spot my friends have been raving about — and it did not disappoint! 🌟 Went there this weekend super excited, and overall, it was a great experience. The atmosphere is trendy and spacious, perfect for groups, and the food selection was solid. We were served by Garrison — super friendly and handsome guy who made our dining experience even better! 👏🔥 He was attentive, helped us with grilling tips, and kept our plates coming. The all-you-can-eat option is $29 per person and includes a wide range of beef, pork, and chicken. 🍗🥓 Some highlights: The Pulgogi (marinated beef) was flavorful and tender, though it had a bit of chewiness. Still very satisfying! The brisket is machine-sliced — not the thick-cut kind, but it cooks quickly and stays juicy. Also tried the spicy pork belly and garlic chicken — both delicious and well-seasoned. Drinks are not included in the AYCE price. They have a nice selection of soju, including various flavors of Jinro — the Green Grape 🍇 soju is a must-try ($13 per bottle). Sadly, the draft beer was out 🍺, but we had Asahi bottled beer for $5 each — crisp and refreshing with grilled meat! The side dishes (banchan) were fresh and tasty — kimchi, pickled radish, bean sprouts, and more. The lettuce wraps and ssamjang sauce complemented the meats perfectly. Beque Holic is definitely a solid choice when you’re craving Korean BBQ in Gainesville. It’s not ultra-high-end, but for the price and variety, it’s totally worth it. Great for meat lovers, group gatherings, or when you just want to grill and chill. Will be back for sure! Maybe next time I’ll try their premium meat options or more soju flavors. 😉 📍 Location: Beque Holic 3219 SW 35th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32608 ⏰ Hours: Mon-Thu: 4–10PM Fri-Sun: 12–10:30PM Rating: 4.2/5 — 🥩🔥💯 #GainesvilleEats #KoreanBBQ #BequeHolic #AllYouCanEat #UF #Foodie #GainesvilleFood #SojuTime #MeatLovers
