🥩 Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse — Pasadena

Let’s start with the favorites ✨ The Brazilian lemonade was refreshing and refillable (I had three cups!). The garlic steak was standout — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly garlicky 🧄🔥 Also loved the fresh fruits, wide cheese selection, and the light herbal drink (mate tea) served in a cute little cup. On the beverage side, the Torpedo IPA was hoppier and more bitter than your average IPA 🍺 Now, the meats… While the garlic steak shined, many other cuts tasted quite similar — uniformly seasoned and on the salty side, plus leaner than expected. The lamb was notably gamey. What surprised me: the pacing. Even though my dad and I arrived hungry after a long walk, we felt full within minutes. The servers circulate constantly — they complete a full round of meats in about 15 minutes, which can overwhelm your plate (and stomach!) pretty quickly 😅 They also served grilled cheese and grilled pork with honey, though the cheese didn’t quite match up to Cypriot halloumi. Overall, it’s a fun experience with some tasty highlights, but come prepared for speedy service and salty, lean cuts. #BrazilianBBQ #FogoDeChao #PasadenaEats #LosAngelesFood #MeatLovers #AllYouCanEat #DiningExperience #Steakhouse #BrazilianLemonade #GarlicSteak #FoodReview #LAfoodie #EatInLA #Churrascaria
