Frankfurt | Franziska Restaurant | Check-in 🍽️🌃
🌟Celebrating my birthday in Germany, I booked a window side table for two at Franziska. It was a treat for my beautiful German friend. Unfortunately, neither my friend nor I are very tall, so sitting on high stools was quite uncomfortable! 🌟We came for the night view from the high floor, and the dishes were surprisingly delicious. 🌟The ham in the udon noodles balanced the softness of the noodles, and the truffle flavor was very rich. Both my friend and I were full of praise. 🌟The Redfish was also a hit with me, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with salty mashed potatoes and cucumber slices, it was a clean plate! 🌟The dessert was just average. I'm not a chocolate fan, so I ordered milk honey flavored ice cream, but I didn't particularly like the texture, it felt rather unoriginal. 🌟But for a restaurant with such a view, especially one that's not a Michelin-starred, I'm quite forgiving with the food. I understand that part of the price is actually spent on the view. 🌟What was less satisfying was the lack of human care. Although it was noted that it was a birthday celebration, there was no special treatment. 🌟I chose this restaurant purely because many of the Michelin restaurants I wanted to book were already fully booked at the time. A Japanese cuisine restaurant recommended by netizens had a deer meat menu in December, which I didn't like, so I passed on it. This place was still available for booking, and I wanted a place with atmosphere, so I ended up choosing this one. 🌟The menu prices are quite friendly, five courses for 89.9€ per person. It was very filling. 🌟Including cocktails, the total for two was 225€ (they even charged me 10€ for a bottle of soda water!) #FrankfurtFoodExploration #FrankfurtFoodRecommendation #FrankfurtFood #Frankfurt
