๐ Frisco, Colorado: Eat & Stay Guide for Copper Mountain Ski Trip ๐ฟ
Just spent 5 days skiing at Copper Mountain over Thanksgiving! Hereโs my eat & stay guide for Frisco โ a charming town just 10 minutes from the slopes ๐๐จ ๐ Stay: We stayed at a Chinese-owned guesthouse in Frisco โ super cozy and fully equipped! The host and fellow skiers were incredibly friendly. We cooked meals together ๐ณ, shared stories, and had a blast. Rooms included private bedrooms and bunk-style options โ perfect for groups or solo travelers. Highly recommend! Plus, itโs pet-friendly ๐ถโค๏ธ. ๐ฝ๏ธ Eat: Here are three restaurants we tried (all delicious!): 1๏ธโฃ Pho Bay II ๐ Their pho is hearty, flavorful, and perfect after a day on the slopes! The star? Their Chinese-style chili oil โ fragrant and spicy ๐ถ๏ธ๐ฅ. 2๏ธโฃ Tavern West ๐ท Our fanciest meal! Recommended: lamb and chicken dishes (skip the steak). The ambiance was cozy with snowy window views โ๏ธ๐. 3๏ธโฃ Summit Thai ๐ Authentic Thai food! Tom yum and curry were highlights. โ ๏ธ Spice level is no joke โ weโre spice lovers but level 4 was too hot! Stick to level 2-3. Service was meh, but food made up for it. Frisco is beautiful, convenient, and ski-friendly โ ideal for early birds hitting the slopes! ๐๏ธโท๏ธ #FriscoCO #CopperMountain #SkiTrip #ColoradoTravel #SnowSeason #FoodGuide #PetFriendly #TravelTips #SkierLife ๐ฟ๐ธ
