Fruit and Seafood Are Too Delicious 🙌

Chicago’s Newly Minted Three-Star Smyth I ate at Smyth once six years ago and didn’t have a deep impression, but this year, seeing it awarded three Michelin stars, I decided to give it another chance, and I was surprised!! The fruit and seafood theme is incredibly delicious; my Chinese stomach is very satisfied ✅ The menu is on the last page. 👉 I ordered the regular menu, $325 per person, the portion size isn’t large, and I was wearing a tight dress, so I didn’t feel stuffed after eating. 👉 The overall feeling is that the combination of different ingredients is very interesting and somehow harmonious. For example, using Maine uni to make a sour appetizer, whole chunks of avocado with a slushie, crab meat with peanut butter. The taste of the squash reminded me of the sweet roasted sweet potatoes I ate as a child, and the eel was cooked just right; I loved every dish 💕 👉 A little incident: Due to traffic congestion and difficulty finding parking near the restaurant, we arrived 30 minutes late. The restaurant skipped a course to turn the table around, and after discussing with the server, she said we could make up for it in the lounge area and even got a complimentary wine pairing. This service is really great 👍 👉 Here’s a taste coordinate: Michelin restaurants I find delicious include Benu in the Bay Area, Wing Lei in Vegas, Omakase Room at Sushi San in Chicago, and Holu in Chicago. Ones I don’t like as much: Alinea, Manresa, Quince, and Eleven Madison Park (non-vegan version). #RecorderOfARomanticLife #Chicago #ChicagoLife #ChicagoFood #TreasureRestaurantShare #AtmosphericRestaurant #DateNightRestaurant #EatingAndDrinking #FoodieDaily #RestaurantRecommendations #FoodExplorationCheckIn
