Had a weekend meetup with friends from the Bay Area at Fuego Restaurants, a Mexican spot right by the water in Long Beach 🏝️🌮. It’s located inside the Maya Hotel (part of Hilton), and the outdoor seating offers lovely views with live Latin music playing nonstop—perfect vibe! We ordered: 🥑 Guacamole 🐟 Ceviche 🌮 Tacos 🍳 Chilaquiles Having just come back from Mexico, I’d say the food isn’t quite as authentic as what you’d find there—but the atmosphere was top-notch!
