Fulfilling the Cowboy Dream in Grand Tetonπ
1. On the last day in Grand Teton, we stayed in the Jackson Hole town and had an amazing Western horseback riding experience. πππ Before setting off, the tour guide would briefly teach you how to use the reins to control your pony. Then, leading the group on horseback, we climbed over the hillsides and got a wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains. The scenery was truly spectacular. The ponies were all very gentle, so even beginners in horseback riding could feel completely at ease. The whole activity lasted about an hour. (There was also an option for two hours, but we chose the one-hour one and found the experience just right β any longer and our bottoms might not be able to bear it.) π―π΄π 2. Coincidentally, the day we went was the very first day of the season when horseback riding was available. It would be open until mid-October. So, it's crucial to check the time slots on the official website in advance and make a reservation. There aren't too many available positions. ππ±πΊ You don't want to miss out on this wonderful opportunity just because you didn't plan ahead. It's always better to be well-prepared and secure your spot early to ensure a smooth and enjoyable horseback riding adventure. πππ 3. π Location: 1600 North East Butte Rd, Jackson π Website: springcreekranch.com π° Cost per person: $70 (including equipment fees, but not including tips) This horseback riding experience is really a unique and memorable activity.
