Highly recommend Hana Sushi in Gainesville — my absolute #1 go-to for Japanese! 🎌 The squid is super fresh and served with house-made sauce. The spicy edamame is wok-fried to perfection — you can really taste that fresh wok aroma 👌🌱 (We’d already eaten some of the edamame and salad before remembering to take a pic 😅). The Banzai Roll was recommended by our server — and trust me, #NoCap 🧢 — it was loaded with fresh fish and bursting with caviar!
