🍁 Gaver Farm｜Perfect Fall Family Outing! 🎃👨👩👧👦

I recently shared a roundup of DMV farms perfect for autumn family trips 🚜🍂, and this weekend we visited one of them—Gaver Farm! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with all the fall vibes—pumpkins, corn mazes, farm animals, and lots of laughter 😄🎪. Their Fall Fun Festival is in full swing! Kids can feed animals 🐐, slide down fun slides, play in the corn pit 🌽, and take a hayride out to the pumpkin patch to pick their own pumpkin 🎃! There’s also a simple dining area on the farm where you can grab snacks and warm up with some apple cider 🍎☕. Even though I arrived around 10:30 AM when the light wasn’t the softest 📸☀️, the photos still captured that warm, lively feeling ✨. 📷 Helpful Tips: • Visit in the early morning or late afternoon for the softest, most beautiful light ✨ • Wear autumn colors—beige, brown, burgundy—they photograph so well! 🧡🍁 • Bring a few band-aids 🩹—kids might tumble while having fun! • As the weather cools down, pack an extra windproof jacket 🧥 for comfort and warmth. ✨ I’m a family photographer in the DMV area, and I love capturing sweet, everyday moments for families.
