🍶 Gentle Moments Late at Night|Fujiya Ramen & Yakitori
Recently obsessed with Midnight Diner, I’ve been longing for that cozy vibe—sipping drinks, nibbling on yakitori, and chatting freely into the night~ So I went searching for a place to "steal a little midnight warmth." A friend recommended Fujiya Ramen & Yakitori, saying their charcoal-grilled yakitori and rich ramen are soul-warming ✨ 🍜 I ordered the Chashu Ramen Made with sakura pork—tender, perfectly marbled, and meltingly soft. The broth was rich but not heavy~ One warm sip and I felt completely comforted. 🐟 Unagi Don looked gorgeous! The eel was tender and fragrant, with a lightly crisped skin—pure happiness in every bite~ 🍢 Of course, I couldn’t skip the yakitori I got the 8-Skewer Platter (chicken heart, kidney, wings, shishito pepper, pork belly, squid, chicken thigh, sausage) Plus extra chicken skin and scallops. The open kitchen let me watch the masters grill over charcoal—so much ritual and warmth 🔥 The chicken skin was crisped like chips, not greasy at all; The squid 🦑 was huge—charred outside, tender inside, perfect with a drink. The whole izakaya atmosphere was just lovely~ Soft lighting, wooden tables, gentle Japanese tunes in the background 🎶 Perfect for a post-work drink or a casual meet-up with friends. 📍 Fujiya Ramen & Yakitori 🍶 The tender nights of a Japanese izakaya—you know it when you feel it. #LAFood #IzakayaVibes #MidnightDinerFeels #YakitoriLovers #FujiyaRamen
