I am glad we tried this new Japanese Izakaya in Arcadia.
I have been in search for good yakitori (skewed, grilled chicken or other meat) place, and I can confidently say I have found the place in Arcadia. We tried the skews samplers and tonkotsu ramen. The sampler came out faster than we thought and they were delightfully juicy and well-seasoned. What even more of a happy surprise is the ramen; we had tried tonkotsu ramen from many popular ramen places nearby, and I can say this place by far has the most refreshing broth. It took almost 40 minutes after ordering to receive a single bowl of their classic ramen, despite the staff telling us early on that it'd be out shortly. Several tables who placed their orders after ours received their ramen almost immediately, and we even saw a few to-go orders placed and fulfilled before our ticket was acknowledged. Just absurd considering the place was not busy or short-staffed that night.
The food is simply not worth waiting for. There are plenty of other great places in the area that'd I recommend checking...
