Golfing in the “Horse Stable” 🐎⛳

East Potomac Golf Blue Course Address: 972 Ohio Dr SW, Washington, DC 20024 Website: https://www.playdcgolf.com/east-potomac-tee-times/ Pricing: • 9 holes: 27 (walking) / 40 (cart) • 18 holes: 40 (walking) / 58 (cart) This course is located at the same spot as the Red & White courses I posted before—my friends and I jokingly call it the “Horse Stable” because the driving range really does look like one! 😂 A while ago, it stayed bright until 9 PM, but now it’s completely dark by 7 PM. Lately, DC’s been raining a lot, so when we finally got a clear day, my teammate and I booked a 9-hole round at 5:20 PM. By the last three holes, we were playing in total darkness—literally using phone flashlights to look for our balls! ⚫️🔦 We ended up skipping the final two holes and called it a day. The price here is super affordable, but it does get crowded—we experienced a major backup that day. At the 5th hole, there were two groups ahead of us, and we waited for at least 20 minutes. 😅 That said, I think the front 9 of the Blue Course is easier than the White Course—fewer slopes and straighter fairways.
