Goodwin Tea House | A Taste of Comfort in Duluth 🍛🧋
Tried Goodwin Tea House for the first time today — a cozy spot tucked away in Duluth! Though I didn’t get to try their bubble tea this time, the food left a warm and satisfying impression. Here’s what we ordered: 🍗 Salt & Pepper Chicken (Non-Spicy) Since we brought the kids, we went mild — but the flavor and crisp texture were still on point! I have a feeling the spicy version would be even better 🌶️👌 🍢 Satay Skewers (Childhood-Style) A bit mild for my taste — probably shines more with a spicy kick! Still, the kids enjoyed them, so parent win! 👨👩👧👦 🍚 Braised Pork Rice (Lu Rou Fan) My absolute favorite of the meal! Rich, savory, and deeply comforting — one of the better versions I’ve had in Atlanta. A must-order! 💯 🐟 Traditional Pickled Fish Soup A pleasant tingle of Sichuan pepper stood out more than the heat. Tasty, though I wished for a stronger sour note to balance it out. 🏆 Overall Rating: 4.5/5 The space is smaller than I expected but clean and well-organized. Everything is self-serve — water, utensils, and takeout supplies. Bonus: no forced tipping! 🙌 Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes (and finally taste that boba!). A solid spot for a low-key, family-friendly meal. #GoodwinTeaHouse #DuluthEats #AtlantaFoodie #TaiwaneseFood #ComfortFood #BraisedPorkRice #FamilyFriendly #BobaNextTime #ATLFoodScene
