🥣Gondolier Italian Eatery That evening, we were staying at a hotel near Boulder's university district and decided to take a stroll along the street adorned with strings of lights. 🍝We were drawn to this Italian restaurant by the Venetian masks displayed in its window. Pushing aside the beaded curtain, 🍝we were promptly greeted by a server who led us to a booth by the window, where a checkered red-and-white tablecloth was already set with a flickering candle. 🍕The pasta I ordered clearly showcased the care of handmade preparation. With each bite, I could taste the natural aroma of the wheat. 🍕However, the Alfredo sauce was somewhat lacking in depth, as the balance between cream and Parmesan cheese felt slightly off. 🧡That said, the beef meatballs mixed in were a delightful surprise—juicy and locked inside a perfectly crisp exterior.
