Okay, maybe I’m being a little clickbaity with that title… but not really 😉 📍 Halls Chophouse 550 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601 💰 Avg: $100+ per person This place is seriously popular here. Even on a rainy weekday night, both floors were packed! If you try to book last-minute during peak hours… good luck 🍀 We first came here for our 1000-day anniversary and were blown away by the tomahawk steak. So of course, we had to come back for my husband’s birthday! ▪️ Appetizers Tuna Tartare 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nice Mexican twist, solid but not mind-blowing. Prime Steak Tartare 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Loved this even more than the tuna! She-Crab Soup 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 Packed with real crab meat – rich and flavorful 🦀 ▪️ Mains Tomahawk Ribeye 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 One of the best-cooked thick-cut steaks I’ve ever had. Perfectly grilled 🥩 Braised Duck 🌟🌟🌟 Just okay… generous portion but skip it. Ahi Tuna 🌟 Sadly the worst I’ve tried – bland and boring. ▪️ Desserts Chocolate Cake 🌟🌟🌟💫 Rich at first, but gets too sweet fast. Whiskey Bread Pudding 🌟🌟 Canned cherry vibe… not my thing. 📝 Final thoughts: Great atmosphere and location – perfect for dates or celebrations.
