Even on a rainy day, we waited about 30 minutes — on weekends, expect 2+ hour lines! 🕐 The setup is unique: a round iron grill with holes lets fat drip away, keeping things less greasy. They clean the grill between rounds using fresh radish strips. You can order 3 meats per round, but portions are generous — you can always ask for smaller servings to try more varieties. Don’t miss the complimentary kimchi pancake (so good and tangy!), plus their dipping sauces and banchan are solid.
