Head to AL's Table at the Airport Hotel! 🍽️✈️

This Crowne Plaza is super close to the airport—just a 3-minute taxi ride! It's also only a 5-minute walk to the convention center. Especially convenient is AL's Table on the hotel's first floor: breakfast is served here, and you can also come for dinner à la carte! 🏨💫 The prices are super wallet-friendly! Steak for 30, roasted chicken or salmon around 20, salads and snacks under $10—almost moved me to tears 😢. Google Maps reviews are mostly positive too! 👍 Day 2 – Tried the Prime Rib, another huge cut of ribeye served with buttered broccoli sprouts. Nice and fatty, though a bit on the salty side. No black pepper sauce, only garlic sauce, which was a bit much… but for 32, can’t complain! Also had corn fritters with blueberry sauce for 9. 🌽🫐 Day 1 – Went blindly for the Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes. The meatball was bigger than my fist, plus a giant portion of mashed potatoes—enough to feed three people, all for 19! The tomato soup was just okay (6, served with soda crackers)—not the borscht I imagined; it was overly sour and thick. 🍛🥔 They have a variety of daily desserts like cheesecake and raspberry cake, ranging from $6–8. Super sweet, but still super satisfying! 🍰😋 Planning to come here every night for the next week—gonna try the roasted chicken, steak, salmon, everything! Stay tuned for more updates! 📅✨ 💬 What’s your go-to affordable Western dish? Share below! 👇 💬 Traveling to Louisville?
