Highly Recommend Heian's Handroll Sushi! It's So Delicious!

📍Heian Handroll Sushi Bar ❤️This place in McKinney is truly the gem of McKinney, and even the gem of North Dallas in my heart! Every handroll sushi here is super delicious! The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the seafood is incredibly fresh, with only the natural sweetness of the ingredients and no fishy smell at all. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, not noisy or crowded. I really love this kind of ambiance. I was thinking of not going today because of the rain, but I couldn't resist the deliciousness of Heian's sushi and still went. As expected, the taste was still amazing. The chef even gave us a plate of octopus 🐙 (I think it was the tentacles with suckers, but the flavor was just incredible!). The tamago (omelette) here is made by the chef himself, which is different from the mass-produced ones. Handmade ones are just more solid and fresh. Before being served, it is grilled by the chef with a blowtorch, and the taste is just amazing! The sea urchin, eel, salmon, and other seafood are all incredibly delicious 😋! It's hard to describe how good it is with words. The fact that some customers drive over an hour just to eat here shows that it's really a must-try place.
