The National Museum of Natural History is truly a must-visit in Washington – even my two-year-old was completely fascinated! 😍 Every detail is so well-designed; I really hope we can have a museum like this back home too. 🏛️🌍 We stayed at the Omni Shoreham Hotel 🏨. To get to the museum, we took the Red Line metro to Metro Center, then transferred to Bus D44 (within Washington DC, bus transfers within 2 hours of taking the metro are free! 🚇➡️🚌). Since we needed a car seat for our little one, taking Uber would’ve required advance booking and waiting – not very convenient. So we used public transport for all our trips, and our kiddo absolutely loved the buses and trains – a win-win! 😄 No reservation needed for the museum – and admission is free! 🆓🎉 You can grab a meal on the first or second floor of the museum 🍕🥤. If you want to explore thoroughly, allow at least 4-5 hours – there’s so much to see! ⏳👣 #MuseumHopping #WashingtonDC #NaturalHistoryMuseum #FamilyTravel #DCAttractions #FreeMuseum #TravelWithKids #DCTravelTips #PublicTransport #EducationalFun #DinosaurLover #HistoryAndCulture #ExploreDC #MustSeeDC #FamilyFriendly #USMuseums #DCWithKids #LearningIsFun #MemorableTrip #WashingtonGuide
