✅Museo de Historia, Antropología y Arte 🌿This museum is located on the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) campus in Río Piedras. To get here, take the Tren Urbano to the UPR station (the first metro stop). Once you exit, you’ll find yourself at the campus entrance. The museum is the first building on the left. ✅Although relatively small (with one large wing currently under reconstruction), the curation and quality of the works are always first-class. It frequently hosts some of the island’s finest and most relevant exhibitions. There is no admission fee, and the staff are extremely helpful. 🌷The museum also serves as an excellent resource for catalogs and other valuable printed materials. 🎭When you visit, be sure to cross the street and step into the main hall of the UPR library, where you can admire Rufino Tamayo’s magnificent mural, Prometheus. 🍄This small museum sits on the university grounds.
