Hobart|4 Days 3 Nights Car-Free Trip 🧳

✈️ Flights: 980 RMB (Sydney – Hobart round trip) 🏨 Accommodation: 1580 RMB (booked via Qunar) 📝 Day 2 & 3 Tours: 1204 RMB (joined day tours booked on Fliggy – includes pickup/drop-off at Hobart city hotels. Super convenient!) 🛬 Day 1 — Arrived in Hobart Headed straight to the city and waterfront for a relaxing stroll — loved the slow-paced vibe 🌊 Lunch must-have: fish & chips + ice cream from Van Diemens Land Creamery. Tried it thanks to the hype, and it did NOT disappoint!! Ended up going back for two scoops every day 🍦 (only $8.5 AUD for double scoop!) 🐾 Day 2 — Bruny Island Day Tour Spotted the legendary white wallaby (so rare!!) 🦘 Went to the Honey Farm — their honey ice cream is a must-try! 🍨($6 AUD) Also bought six jars of honey as souvenirs 🍯 (free tasting available!) Ate super fresh oysters at Get Shucked Oyster Farm — $30 AUD for 12! 🦪 Prices here are amazing The island gives off pure, wild National Geographic vibes — so photogenic! 📸 🏛️ Day 3 — Port Arthur Historical Tour Visited the "Tasman Peninsula’s Four Wonders": Tessellated Pavement, Blowhole, Tasman Arch, and Devil’s Kitchen. Spent the afternoon at Port Arthur — explored the historic prison ruins and joined the 30-minute harbour cruise ⛴️ (a bit underwhelming tbh 😅). The 3-hour whale watching cruise was fully booked — remember to book at least a week in advance if you want to see whales! 🛍️ Day 4 — Last-minute exploring before flying out Did some souvenir shopping in Hobart, had one last gelato, and said goodbye to the seagulls 👋 Overall, Tasmania is a seafood lover’s paradise 🦞🐟, and the cost of living is so much more affordable than Sydney (you can even get a steak meal for $20 AUD!). So close, so beautiful — I’ll definitely be back if flight prices are right! Was hoping to see the Southern Lights, but no luck this time… a little but still a wonderful trip 💙 #TasmaniaTravel #Hobart #BrunyIsland #PortArthur #ExploreAustralia #TravelDiary #NaturalWonders #WhiteWallaby #SeasideVibes #HobartDiaries
