π Hobart Travel Notes
Took a trip to Tassie over the Easter break β hereβs a quick recap of the vibes π π¦₯ Maria Island | Wombat Paradise + Light Hiking Wombats everywhere! So cute β had to walk carefully not to disturb them π₯Ή Super healing natural scenery β perfect for nature lovers πΏ Recommended to hike the northern loop counterclockwise for better views! Two easy circuits β each can be finished within 4 hours. Relaxed and fun π₯Ύπ π‘ Richmond | Slow Village Vibes A classic countryside town β ideal for chilling and sipping coffee βοΈ Pretty quiet though β donβt expect wild attractions or activities. Great for those who love lazy, small-town energy πΈ π Wineglass Bay | A Little Hiking Challenge The shortest trail (~1.5 hrs return) only takes you to the lookout β view is just okay, doesnβt fully capture the "wineglass" shape π· Might be better if you hike down to the beach β if you have time! π€ Tasman Island Cruises (Port Arthur) | HIGHLY RECOMMENDED βΌοΈ My favorite part of the whole trip! 3-hour speedboat tour β with motion sickness pills, itβs totally fine (I get car sick sometimes, but was completely okay π) Saw seals and dolphins π¦π¬ β lucky ones might even spot penguins or whales! π§π The coastal cliffs + temperate rainforest = absolutely epic! Felt like Game of Thrones meets Zelda π‘οΈπ³ β so satisfying! #EndOfTheWorld #Tasmania #Hobart #TassieDiaries #TravelAustralia #NatureLover #WombatMagic #AdventureTime
