Their flagship, Oasis Vodka , made from organic Coachella Valley dates, is the world’s first date-distilled vodka and an award-winning staple. Building on that success, the distillery now produces bourbon, rye whiskey, and gin , each reflecting Los Angeles history and local flavors, like Zanja-Madre Bourbon and Rye , made from 100% California grains, and Nopalera Gin , inspired by Hollywood’s historic nopal cactus fields. Every spirit blends regional ingredients with artisanal techniques, creating small-batch drinks that celebrate California and Hollywood heritage.
