Hotel Design | HALL Arts Mixed-Use Development 🌆✨

🎨 HALL Arts is located in the largest metropolitan arts district in the United States — a multi-phase cultural, commercial, and creative urban complex that represents the pinnacle of placemaking. It’s a vibrant destination where living, working, and leisure seamlessly blend, serving as a dynamic nucleus for the entire region’s future growth. 🌈 As the second phase of a three-part development, this project integrates commercial spaces, hotel accommodations, and residential units into the already thriving Dallas Arts District. Phase 1 includes the existing KPMG Plaza office tower and the Texas Sculpture Park, which showcases an open-air art collection to the public. Phase 2 — the focus here — introduces a curated hotel and luxury apartments designed to breathe life into the arts district through multiple layers of engagement: Street-level public spaces that encourage interaction and connectivity. Architectural harmony with the iconic buildings of the Dallas Arts District. A design language that is modern, minimalist, and refined, creating an immersive art-infused environment that fosters a healthy, welcoming, and culturally rich community. 🏙️ This isn’t just a building — it’s a carefully crafted ecosystem where art, architecture, and everyday life inspire one another. #DesignInspiration #Architecture #HotelDesign #MixedUse #UrbanDevelopment #DallasArtsDistrict
