🎇 Houston | Día de los Muertos Parade
Today at Sam Houston Park, we joined the 5th annual Día de los Muertos Parade and Festival! 🎉 We arrived around 4 PM 🕓 and parked in the official lot for $20 🅿️. Once inside the park, we headed straight to grab some food 🍴. We tried Tacos Frontera—freshly made tacos with an apple soda, all for just $15 🌮🥤. Tasty and totally worth it! 👍 We also lined up for some freebies 😂—snagged a cute tote bag and some snacks from EL RANCHO 🛍️🍬. After catching some performances on the main stage 🎤, we found a good spot around 6 PM for the parade 📍. By 6:30 PM, the opening models were in position, and they even handed out glow sticks to the crowd! 🌟 The parade kicked off at 7 PM sharp ⏰. Though it only lasted about 15 minutes ⏳, it was a vibrant and unforgettable glimpse into Día de los Muertos traditions—plus, I even got hit with some candy! 🍬😂 Such a fun and unique experience—hope it grows even bigger in the coming years! 🙌💫 ⭐️ Pro tip: Bring a chair so you can enjoy the parade comfortably! 🪑 #LiveInTheMoment #LifeInTheUS #AmericanLife #DiaDeLosMuertos #HoustonEvents #TexasVibes #HalloweenFun #ParadeDay #FoodAndFun #HoustonFestivals
