Here’s what we tried: 🔥 Grilled Seafood & Skewers – Solid and satisfying, just what you’d expect from a solid street-style grill. 🦪 Salted Egg Yolk Oysters – A first for me! Rich, creamy, and totally unique. A must-try if you love creative flavor combos. 🥩 Five-Spice Beef (Medium Rare) – So tender and packed with spice – an absolute standout! 10/10 recommend. 🍖 Beef Bone Marrow – Bright and tangy, likely thanks to lemongrass and lemon. A refreshing take on a rich classic. 🥬 Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Oysters – Fresh, light, and perfectly cooked.
