Houston - Golden Time Nostalgia

Heard it's in soft opening, so I rushed to check it out! A cute little grill setup—semi-self-service skewers, super fresh concept 😍 Perfect with drinks! Still in soft opening though, so a lot of items were listed as "sold out." The place is clean, orders are placed via tablet, and no greasy smell (big plus!). Signed up for their membership during the trial (heard there are perks 🤣) and got a free soda! 🥩 Skewers – ~$2 each Beef tongue & black pepper beef skewers were tender and delicious 👍 Most meats cook in 5-8 mins, but the pork belly was a bit too fatty 😢 🐷 Grilled Pork Trotters – ~$13 Came with two pieces—insanely tender despite being grilled. Highly recommend! 🍚 Wagyu Fried Rice – ~$12 Packed with ingredients, and they even portioned it by headcount—so thoughtful! Mildly seasoned to balance the bold flavors of the grilled meats.
